Socialization and puppy play are important!!! Your puppy needs some time around other pups and away from their human family. You won’t be able to be with your dog 24/7 forever so it’s important to start building their confidence to deal with the world now. Look forward to picking up a tired and happy puppy!
The Puppy Socialization is $40 for 45 minutes. Saturdays at 10:15 AM or 11:30 AM
Board &
Train
- Board & Train. One or two week
- Play & train. Five or Ten days
Training is teaching. Everyone learns better in an environment they are comfortable in. Dogs must have already done a meet & greet with us and be happy in our facility to enroll in these courses.
Board & Train
If you are headed out of town or just need a break this is the program for you. Every day, your dog will participate in our doggie daycare. They will interact with dogs of varying ages and energy levels. All dogs are assessed before being allowed into our facility. They will spend their nights in a doggie slumber party. A staff member sleeps with the dogs. Five times a day your dog will be removed from daycare to do private training sessions with one of our trainers. You will have only one trainer working with your dog. You will speak to the trainer ahead of time to establish what you would like the training to be focused on. We want you to be comfortable with the training plan before the program begins. At the end of the program you will have a private session with our trainer to transfer all of your dog’s new skills and the techniques to you and your family.

MEET THE TRAINER
John, affectionately known as the “Dog Guy,” is our lead trainer and manager at Happy Paws/Puptagon Dog School. A long-time animal lover and 4H exhibitor, he double majored in biochemistry and psychology, two disciplines that have sharpened his understanding of canine health and behaviors. His current dog, Remy, “a reactive pit bull,” inspired him to turn his calling into a career where he helps dogs with separation anxiety (“pandemic pup syndrome”), reactivity, and socialization.
John is certified, with six years of experience. He regularly attends workshops and seminars by world-renowned trainers such as Ken Ramirez, Sue Sternberg, and Pat Miller and takes pride in turning even the most challenging dog into a well-behaved and beloved member of the family.
